§ 7.15. Financial limitations

Notwithstanding any provisions of section 7.14, the City of Macon shall pay all actual costs of holding any given primary or election conducted solely for the City of Macon and, likewise, the County of Bibb shall pay all actual costs of holding any given primary or election conducted solely for Bibb County. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to require the governing authority of the City of Macon or the governing authority of Bibb County or any other public agency to bear any expense of conducting primaries not otherwise required or permitted by law.
